TEN TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!

TEN TERRIFIC TIPS TO INSTANTLY IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!

1. Wake up in the morning with the words “I’m grateful” on your mind.
2. Turn one limiting belief around to an expanded one. Your choice of which one.
3. Take a dozen slow deep breaths, holding, and then exhaling fully on each one.
4. Hold a smile for one full minute
5. Tell someone how much you appreciate him/her and why.
6. Tell yourself how much your appreciate yourself and why.
7. Clear off your desk. :)
8. Put on music you love.
9. Take a walk---5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour...it’s up to you.
10. Close your eyes and be still for one full minute.


Now come up with your own list that is personal and particular to you…and do-able!
