What is your PASSION? Find it and follow it....

Do you know what your passion is? If you do, are you putting energy into following it, nurturing it, living it?
If you don't know what your passion is, are you asking yourself what it might be, looking at what makes you really happy, puts you in 'the flow, what you truly love to do?

Finding, honoring and living your passion is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself. It allows your energy to flow unobstructed. It taps into your joy. It invites creativity. It connects you with life! It is about being alive.

Look around you at your life and find the things that you would LOVE to spend more time doing but don't. Look for those things that you 'get lost in'. Look at what brings you the most satisfaction and fulfills you the most even if it's NOT about money.

Your passion identifies you. It's like a snowflake or a fingerprint in its uniqueness. Even if others share your passion, your approach to it, the way you play with it, express it, share it, are uniquely yours, imprinted with your personal energy.

Give yourself permission to spend even a few minutes each day living your passion. Then increase the amount of time you invite yourself to play in your passion. You will raise your vibration amazingly. Your joy quotient will skyrocket. Your level of manifesting what you truly desire will blow your socks off. Your life will change in surprisingly positive ways you can't even anticipate.

Start now. Email me your "Passion Story" and I'll publish it here to inspire others. But start today, living what you came here to live. Doing what you came here to do. Being who you came here to be. The world needs you, now more than ever!

Happy Independence Day! What are you going to do with YOUR freedom?

This is Independence Day weekend in the USA. It’s the time when we celebrate our freedom as a nation. Seems like the perfect time to reflect on our personal freedom as well….and exactly what we do with it.

It may not always feel like it, but you are always free to choose your experience in every moment. Now, does that mean that you are free to choose circumstances, events, etc. Well, on a very profound level, yes, but we’ll come back to that later. For now we’ll focus on the fact that you are free to choose your inner experience. You’re free to choose your response to whatever is going on in your life. Some days that feels like a very tall order, and….it’s totally true.

Practicing every day choosing what to think and what to feel will prepare you for those times when things are not going as you’d like them to, and allow you to still feel free to choose how to respond, what to think, how to feel. Your fundamental freedom lies in this realm, and it’s a limitless freedom.

Because we humans are very adaptable, we are capable of going through very intensly painful experiences we think might very well kill us--emotionally speaking, and eventually finding the freedom to let go, relax into accepting what is, doing what we can from wherever we are, and finding our inner joy and our inner peace. That’s the kind of freedom I’m talking about.

Of course, Law of Attraction tells us that we are free to choose what we co-create in our lives and that’s true. And part of the secret about the Law of Attraction is knowing that in order to co-create and manifest what we desire into our lives we have to be at peace, we must be joyful, we’ve got to be grateful. From that, everything else flows. From that, all we desire will manifest. Those beautifully high vibrations of freedom, joy, peace, gratitude align us with everything that we want in the material world and create the energetic conduit for it to flow to us. They are the cause of your dreams coming true, not the effect. Get that!

One of my favorite songs by James Taylor has the lyric “…the secret to life is enjoying the passage of time…”. You are always free to do just that, no matter what is going on in your life. Breathe in, breathe out. Love what is. Love yourself. Be your innately joyful self. Be "sacredly selfish" about your freedom to choose. Use that freedom to choose peace above all else. Use it to choose joy no matter what. Use it to choose to flow gracefully with what life has given you in this moment. This is a freedom that cannot be taken from you. Will you choose to exercise it? If you dare to, you will be empowered beyond your wildest dreams!

enJOY!
And Happy Fourth of July!!
